Choose between a personalized 25 or 45 minute session. You can focus on a specific area or get a full body stretch. Stretches are done by certified fitness professional.
These 25 minute sessions has a variety of stretching, lightweight dumbbell training and 1 on 1 assisted stretches. All sessions will be personalized and have exercises for various parts of the body and a dynamic warm up and cool down.
These relaxing sessions are 25 minutes long and only the massage gun will be used. A certified fitness professional will use the massage gun on your feet, Achilles heel, hamstrings, hips, glutes, back, shoulders, quads and other areas upon request.
